For a rental application or contract termination, Party A must propose an application form and identification documents.Party A should ensure the details on the application form are real and correct. Should there is any violation of the law due to fraudulent application, Party A shall be solely liable.

     Due to data transmission process involved to network environment of Party A, Party B will not guarantee the system data security for sending and receiving of Party A.Party A should pay attention and undertake the risk of network data transmission.
